TRS scared of TJAC, taunts M Kodandaram

He questioned the police for preventing the lawful activities and meetings taken up by the TJAC.

Hyderabad: TJAC chairman Prof. M. Kodandaram on Sunday said it was evident from “preventive arrests and unleashing terror against TJAC activists” that the TRS was afraid of its activities which were aimed at exposing the government’s misdeeds.

He told mediapersons that the TJAC would further expose government-sponsored suppression of human rights and democratic activities by approaching the President Governor, national level institutions and parties in a big way besides moving courts to get justice.

He questioned the police for preventing the lawful activities and meetings taken up by the TJAC; he said permission had been sought of the sixth phase of martyrs yatra 10 days ago. He said police acted in an inhuman manner by arresting him and other activists, taking them to various police stations and seeking details of moles on the body and name of the caste they belonged to.
