Hyderabad: The Telangana High Court on Monday issued a notice to the special chief secretary of municipal administration, Arvind Kumar, for allegedly violating court orders.
Justice K. Lalitha issued the notice on a contempt petition filed by Kothagudem resident Abineni Srinivas Rao, who alleged violation of court rules by Kumar, GHMC commissioner N. Satyanarayana and zonal commissioner of Serilingampally Priyanka.
The petitioner alleged inaction by the officials over his complaint of illegal sanction for illegal construction (stilt+5 floors) by his neighbour.
The present inaction of the court order is a wilful and wanton violation of the court order, the petitioner alleged. The judge ordered notice to all respondents.
