Nellore: A needle was reportedly found in a prasadam laddu purchased at the Lord Balaji temple in Tirumala by a devotee.

He said he had noticed the needle in the laddu he had purchased at Tirumala when he was about to eat the prasadam after reaching home.
Taking a serious view of the incident, TTD chairman Y.V. Subba Reddy has ordered the TTD special officer Dharma Reddy to probe into the issue and take action against the negligent staff.
