Hindu, Muslim preachers call for religious harmony

Altaf Raza and Virambhatlayya Swamy said unity in diversity is the greatness of India and people have been adhering to this for centuries

VIJAYAWADA: Hindu and Muslim preachers called on people to get into the habit of being in religious harmony right from childhood and serve their Gods through service to needy people within the society.

Sufi mentor Altaf Ali Raza and Madvirat Pothuluri Veerabrahmendra Swamy’s 8th generation great grandson Virambhatlayya Swamy participated in the Vigraha Pratishtha rituals of Lakshmi Vijaya Ganapati Sri Sri Sri Madvirat Vishwakarma Gayatri Mata Amma at Reddigudem in NTR district on Thursday.

Altaf Raza and Virambhatlayya Swamy said unity in diversity is the greatness of India and people have been adhering to this unity since centuries.

AP State Viswa Brahmin Sangh leaders Hanumant Rao and Kurma Charyulu, YSRC leaders Sk. Waheed, Garimella Rama Rao and Subhani participated in the programme.
