KOZHIKODE: Solar scam prime accused Biju Radhakrishnan, in a written petition to the chief judicial magistrate here, has said K. B. Ganesh Kumar, MLA, used Saritha S. Nair as a bait to trap Congress leaders. Vadakara chief judicial magistrate is yet to accept the petition on file. Biju Radhakrishnan wrote that he kept such details in secret because there was a threat to himself as well as his mother.
Mr Biju added that he had complete trust in the government and that is why he was revealing the details at a time when the Solar Commission held former chief minister Oommen Chandy and senior Congress leader responsible for crimes including raping Saritha, who was Biju's partner earlier.
