Sushma's hilarious tweet to man seeking help with defective fridge goes viral
New Delhi: External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj is known for being active on her twitter page and for her quick response to those seeking her help on the micro-blogging site. So when a man faced a problem with his new refrigerator, he decided to report the matter straight to Sushma Sawraj and Union Minister for Food & Public Distribution, Consumer Affairs, Ram Vilas Paswan.
A man only known as Venkat, tweeted to the ministers that he was delivered a defective refrigerator and that the company was refusing to replace it despite acknowledging the inconvenience caused to him.

He added the serial number of his fridge along with the message sent to him by the company and asked the ministers to look into the matter.
“Please look into this issue. they delivered defective product and it stopped working in two months,” he tweeted.
As if the man’s tweet to the senior BJP ministers was not hilarious enough, Sushma Swaraj decided to play a good sport and responded to the tweet with a honest and hilarious response.

Her response went viral immediately and was re-tweeted more than 4000 times within a span of few hours.
