The maximum temperatures will remain around the 43ºC mark till April 17. After that the forecast is for partly cloudy skies with thunderstorms. However, there will be no major dip in the day temperatures, said city Met department officials. Sale of coconuts and juices rose and many people postponed their journeys due to the heat.
