HYDERABAD: The Kothwalguda eco-hill park, which is proposed to be built on a 105-acre campus at an estimated cost of Rs 55 crore, would have resorts, food courts, restaurants, and an adventure zone.

The eco park is proposed to have a host of activities such as zip lining, archery, gun shooting, high rope courses, bungee jumping, rock climbing, futsal, multi-activity towers, among others. "One restaurant will be built with a glass façade on all sides overseeing the activities of the park as well as the ORR and Himayatsagar, while the second restaurant will be in the a quarry within one acre. The agency can develop any other forms of entertainment as long as it complies with all existing laws, doesn't impair the natural habitat and ecosystem, and rigorously follows regulations,” a HMDA official noted.

The shortlisted agency is expected to develop the site with all necessary infrastructure, such as internal walkways, water and power supply, fire-fighting, CCTV surveillance, wastewater/solid waste management, hardscaping, landscaping, and lighting.
