Visakhapatnam: A minor fire mishap occurred at around 6 pm, near Blast Furnace No. 3 north side slag pit as the road side bush caught fire due to slag splash from pit. Immediately CISF fire wing personnel reached the site and extinguished the fire. There were no injuries to the workers though they ran away from the spot. An official from the Steel Plant said there was no loss to plant, machinery and production.
