Hyderabad: Goshamahal BJP legislator T. Raja Singh released a video on social media in which he claimed he had received threatening calls regarding the Lord Rama Shobha Yatra on Sunday. He said the unidentified callers had threatened to kill him if he took out a Shobha Yatra.
He told Deccan Chronicle, "Since 9.30 am, I've received seven calls. The caller threatened to kill me if we organise the Rama Navami Shobha Yatra. Even during the elections, I had received similar calls. The police didn't respond or provide assistance.” He said the police had not registered an FIR.
