IUML activist Ariyil Abdul Shukkoor
Kochi: The CBI on Tuesda-y produced the case diary of Ariyil Shukkoor murder case. The High Court had earlier stayed the order of the Single Judge handing over the case to the CBI. It produced the diary before acting Chief Justice Thottathil B. Radhakrishnan and Justice Anu Shivaraman.
The court is considering the appeal filed by P. Jayrajan and T.V. Rajesh, the two CPM leaders who are accused in the case. Abdul Shukkoor, an IUML activist was murdered allegedly by CPM activists at Keezhara, Kannur, in February 2012.
