Thrissur: Dismissing reports of an anti-incumbency wave, Chief Minister Oommen Chandy said the people of Kerala will give the UDF government another term for the various developmental and welfare schemes it has implemented in the past five years.
Speaking at as many as seven campaign meetings in Thrissur, Mr Chandy said the Opposition had failed to create an anti-incumbency wave. “The people in the state can't get along with the divisive politics of the BJP and the violent politics of the CPM,” he said. Mr Chandy spoke at Ollur, Puthukkad, Irinjalakkuda, Kodungallur and Kaipamangalam.
