Hyderabad: A constable from the Rachakonda Central Crime Station suffered burns due to an electric shock on Sunday at Bibinagar.
Constable Tirupati Reddy was patrolling near the South-End Park when sparks from an electricity cable fell on him and he fell down.
Constable Lakshmikanth Reddy who noticed this alerted locals and with their help shifted Mr Tirupati Reddy to a private hospital at LB Nagar. Rachakonda commissioner M.M. Bhagawth visited the constable in hospital.
