Hyderabad: Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao on Thursday said that sportspersons from Telangana who won medals in the just-concluded Commonwealth Games will be felicitated at the conclusion programme of the Swatantra Bharata Vajrotsavam celebrations on August 22 in the Lal Bahadur Stadium.
The CM congratulated the sportspersons from Telangana who did well in the just-concluded Commonwealth Games held in Birmingham, England.
He said that it was a moment of pride that Telangana stood second in the country in clinching medals.
