MLC Kavitha suffers avulsion fracture, doctors advise 3-week bed rest

Hyderabad: K. Kavitha, BRS MLC and daughter of Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao, said she had suffered an ‘avulsion fracture’ on Tuesday after she slipped and fell in her residence in Banjara Hills.

"Due to Avulsion fracture, I have been advised bed rest for three weeks (sic)," she said on Twitter.

BRS sources said that doctors who treated her told that it would take three weeks to recover and advised complete bed rest. They said doctors told that her condition was stable and health parameters were normal.
