Wayanad: A newly-opened textiles shop at Sulthan Bathery collapsed partially in the heavy summer rains and strong winds on Thursday evening. The shop, Century Textiles, in three floors at Manikuni in Sulthan Bathery was inaugurated last week.
Though the ground floor and first floor of the building are intact, the loosely constructed third floor came down in the wind, damaging many vehicles parked in front of the shop.
