Kozhikode: The wife of a police officer has complained that her husband has indulged in adultery and cheating. Suprabha, wife of Kozhikode City Traffic Assistant Commissioner (ACP) A.K Babu, has alleged that her husband deserted her and lives with another woman who is a cop. A complaint to this effect has been filed at Thamarassery court, said Suprabha at a press conference here on Tuesday.
She said that her complaints to top police officials had been blocked by the ACP and her family was facing threats. Meanwhile, ACP Babu dismissed all allegations. “I moved on with the “second wife” with Suprabha's consent. I don’t know why she has suddenly come up with a complaint after so many years? She is mentally not stable. Suprabha had a good relationship with my children from my second wife, who are aged 13 and 8. She, with the support of her brothers, is intentionally trying to tarnish my name.” he explained.
