Thrissur: The BJP's Janaraksha Yatra is being conducted in Kerala as a cover-up for the corruption of the NDA government, CPM state secretary Kodiyeri Balakrishnan alleged. Mr Kodiyeri was speaking at a meeting organized to remember former CPM district secretary K. K. Mamakutty here on Tuesday.
"The reports on the firm of Amit Shah's son increasing its turnover by 16,000 fold after the NDA came to power point to the fact that the BJP is able to raise funds for the business of its partymen at wil," he said. The main beneficiaries of demonetization were people like Jay Shah, son of BJP national president Amit Shah and not common man, he said.
