Rain should reach Hyderabad in 3-4 days
Hyderabad: The South-West monsoon has further advanced into Andhra Pradesh and had moved towards the central part of the state by Friday. The day before, the rain had hit Anantapur and South of Ongole. It had also reached Nandyal in Kurnool district of Andhra Pradesh.
Meanwhile, Hyderabad had recorded a rise in temperature on June 10. A maximum of 36.6 degrees was registed in the city and Ramadungam recorded 41, three degrees above the normal.
IMD-Hyderabad Director Mr. Y. K Reddy said, "The monsoon is moving north, in the western side. On June 10m rain was recorded in Nandyal of Kurnool, in some parts of Ananthpur and south of Ongole.
