Visakhapatnam: Members of the East Coast Railway Women’s Welfare Wing of the Waltair division called on the victims of the Kantakapalli train accident at
Vizianagaram Government General Hospital on Thursday.
President of the East Coast Railway Women’s Welfare Wing Manjushree Prasad
and other executive members consoled the injured persons undergoing
treatment. They told them that the railways was ready to help if they needed
it.
The team distributed fruits and health drinks to the patients, encouraging
them to focus on their recovery and take care of their health. They also
provided counselling to help the patients overcome the traumatic incident’s
memories and move forward.
