CHENNAI: Indian institute of technology Madras has launched a 2-year Executive MBA (EMBA) degree program for working professionals. Applications will be accepted till November 30. The major aspects of the course includes, equipping mid-career working professionals with deep functional and broad industrial domain knowledge and leadership traits to contribute to a global business setup, IIT Madras said in a release.
“The program is designed for blended weekend learning and the classes would be held on alternate weekends. The classes will begin in January 2018. ” R. P. Sundarraj and R. K. Amit, faculty coordinators professors said. First class bachelor's degree in any discipline, minimum three years of industry experience were set as eligibility criteria. Selection would be done through DoMS entrance examination and personal interview. Interested candidates can apply through IIT Madras website.
