Janaraksha Yatra enters Palakkad
Palakkad: The Jana Raksha Yathra organized by BJP against the alleged ‘red terror’ of CPM and the ‘pro-Jihadi’ stand taken by different organizations in Kerala entered Palakkad on Monday. Muralidhar Rao, national general secretary of BJP and former union minister and BJP leader Syed Shahnawaz Hussain took part in the march along with BJP state president Kummanam Rajasekharan. Speaking at the public meeting at Pattambi, Mr Rao said that CPM had done away with the democratic credentials in Kerala and Pinarayi Vijayan would be the last communist chief minister in the state.
“CPM has been working against national integrity and BJP can’t put up with anything that is against country’s security. At present BJP has 70 percent of states governed by the country and the next 25 years are of BJP,” he added. The final public meet in Palakkad was held at Kotta Maidan in the town at Monday night.
