DGP Anjani Kumar announces promotion of 18 additional SPs, 37 DSP

HYDERABAD: The state government on Friday promoted 18 additional SP rank officers to the rank of SP (non-cadre) and 37 DSP rank officers to the rank of additional SP (non-cadre) on ad hoc basis. Director General of Police Anjani Kumar issued orders to this effect on Friday.

Sharing the news on Twitter, Anjani Kumar said, "It is a great feeling of joy to announce that on the occasion of Telangana Rashtra Avatarana Dashabdi Utsavalu Govt has promoted 18 Addl SP to SP and 37 DSP to SP rank. Hearty congratulations to all the police officers and gratitude to the Govt of Telangana (sic)."
