Kochi: Finance minister Dr Thomas Isaac has got his official car with No 13 on Thursday. The car, which was used by Shibu Baby John in the previous ministry, has been allotted to Dr Isaac on a special request from him.
There was a controversy that no minister had opted for this car with a number which many consider as unlucky. Dr Isaac has also got the Manmohan Bungalow, considered jinxed, allotted in his name as the official residence.
