THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: IPS officer Siva Vikram G. has been posted as the new Kannur district police chief replacing K.P. Philip who was posted there hardly a month ago. E.J. Jayaraj was posted as IG Intelligence and Mr Rajapal Meena as Wayanad district police chief in place of Siva Vikram. K.P. Philip was posted as SP Traffic (North zone). Jayaraj was serving as IG in Human Rights Commission and Rajapal Meena as SP railways. Christopher Charles Raj was posted as SP Telecommunication. Transfer of A. Akbar from SP (Security) to SP Vigilance (Intelligence) has been cancelled.

Vellur as Rapid Response and Rescue Force commandant and Santosh K.V. as SP Special Temple Anti Theft Squad in Crime Branch Thiruvananthapuram.
