Visakhapatnam: Indian Navy Lt Cdr Vipin Sheoran has etched his name in history by conquering the grueling Ironman triathlon at Busselton, Australia. Competing against over 1,400 international athletes, Sheoran displayed remarkable endurance, completing the 3.8km sea swim, 80km cycling leg, and 42.2km run in an impressive 11 hours 55 minutes.
This feat makes Sheoran the first Indian in the 30-34 age category and the only Indian pilot to hold both Half and Full Ironman titles, solidifying his place among elite athletes.
