Visakhapatnam: Andhra Pradesh National Green Corps tied up with an NGO to conduct a two-day training programme. This collaborative effort aimed at empowering teachers, school leaders, and educationists with knowledge and strategies to promote environmental awareness.
The training programme will focus on introducing educators in the state to the 'Hub and Spoke' model of capacity-building.
The organisation explained that the second initiative focused on Biodiversity Preservation, was launched in May 2023, aimed at government school teachers across Andhra Pradesh districts.
The two organisations expanding the reach of the ECHO model, enabling knowledge sharing and capacity building across the districts of Andhra Pradesh.
