Drinking water supply disrupted in Thrissur

It would take nearly five hours for the 700- mm pipe from Peechi to be filled up again to resume supply, KWA officials said.

Thrissur: The drinking water to parts of Thrissur corporation and adjoining panchayats were disrupted on Friday after the 700-mm pipe supplying water to the 36-mld project tank at Chembukkavu here breached near Peechi dam on Thursday evening.
