Law for the sake of common man: Justice Kemal Pasha

Kozhikode: Justice Kemal Pasha of Kerala High Court on Saturday inaugurated the second phase of the new court complex at Sulthan Bathery. Addressing the gathering, Justice Pasha said that in democracy, the judiciary should interpret laws for the sake of common man.

“Rather than depending alone the knowledge from law textbooks, the judges should ensure justice living close to the ordinary citizens”, he said, adding that the advocates’ community has the mission to serve those who approach them wholeheartedly. “All legal formalities should be completed without much delay”, he added.
