ANANTAPUR: The AP High Court expressed anger at the Hindupur one town circle inspector in Satya Sai district over aggressive behaviour towards an advocate who went as advocate commissioner at the police station.
Sources said an advocate from the Hindupur Bar Association was appointed as advocate commissioner in connection with a case. When he went to attend duty, One Town police inspector, Ismail, behaved irrespectively against the advocate commissioner.
After the issue came to the attention of the High Court, it took the issue suo moto. The High Court expressed anger and found that the circle inspector did nothing but obstruct the duty of the advocate commissioner. The High Court directed the court registrar to initiate action against the circle inspector.
