All 17 accused in Ananthu murder held

Alappuzha: Cherthala police on Saturday arrested one more person in connection with the Ananthu murder case that took place at Neelimangalm near Vayalar on Wednesday night. With the arrest, all 17 accused, including seven juveniles, involved in the murder have been arrested. Circle Inspector V.P. Mohanlal said that the arrested had been identified as Balamurali, 23, Purasseril, Vayalar. He, along with four other accused, were produced before Cherthala Magistrate Court and remanded to judicial custody. The minors will be sent to Mayithara Juvenile home. All accused are RSS activists.
