Hyderabad: A seminar titled ‘Amrit Kaal Vimarsh Viksit Bharat@2047’, a development dialogue in campuses of higher education institutions on 'Brand Yourself for Opportunities and Transformation’ was conducted at the Bharat Institute of Engineering and Technology (BIET) on Wednesday.
Head of cloud advisory services at TCS Vidyasagar Tejomurtula addressed a gathering of students and faculty members. Tejomurtula emphasised the concept of Vikasit Bharat and the importance of engaging with technical and academic institutions’ students and faculty. He discussed the significance of cloud services, AI, and machine learning in various business sectors and commended BIET’s efforts in promoting startup and innovation initiatives.
The seminar also facilitated an interactive discussion between the speaker and students, covering topics such as the impact of digitisation on organisations, skill enhancement, foreign language learning, the use of MOOC platforms for knowledge expansion, and the importance of problem-solving, academic excellence, and internships.
The seminar was held in collaboration with All India Council for Technical Education and supported by chairman of CHMR Education Society Ch Venugopal Reddy. BIET director Prof G. Kumaraswamy Rao presided over the session.
