Visakhapatnam: In response to ongoing safety improvement works, the South Central Railway has announced a series of train cancellations and diversions in the Vijayawada Division. These measures will be in effect from October 9 to October 16. Passengers are advised to take note of these changes and plan their journeys accordingly.
Cancellation of trains:
Train No. 07466 Rajahmundry-Visakhapatnam Passenger Special departing from Rajahmundry between October 9 and October 15 will be cancelled.
Train No. 07467 Visakhapatnam-Rajahmundry Passenger Special departing from Visakhapatnam between October 9 and October 15 will be cancelled.
Train No. 17239 Guntur-Visakhapatnam Simhadri Express departing from Guntur between October 9 and October 15 will be cancelled.
Train No. 17240 Visakhapatnam-Guntur Simhadri Express departing from Visakhapatnam between October 10 and October 16 will be cancelled.
Train No. 22701 Visakhapatnam-Vijayawada Uday Express departing from Visakhapatnam on October 9 to 14 will be cancelled.
Train No. 22702 Vijayawada-Visakhapatnam Uday Express departing from Vijayawada on October 9 to 14 will be cancelled.
Train No. 17219 Machilipatnam-Visakhapatnam Express departing from Machilipatnam between October 9 and October 15 will be cancelled.
Train No. 17220 Visakhapatnam-Machilipatnam Express departing from Visakhapatnam between October 10 and October 16 will be cancelled.
Diversion of trains:
Train No. 13351 Dhanbad-Alleppey Bokaro Express departing from Dhanbad between October 9 and October 13 will run on a diverted route. No stoppage at Tadepalligudem and Eluru.
Train No. 12889 Tatanagar-SMV Bengaluru Express departing from Tata Nagar on October 13, will run on a diverted route.
Train No. 18111 Tata-Yeswanthpur Express departing from Tata on October 12 will run on a diverted route. No stoppage at Eluru.
Train No. 12835 Hatia-SMV Bengaluru Express departing from Hatia on October 10 will run on a diverted route.
Train No. 12376 Jasidih-Tambaram Express departing from Jasidih on October 11 will run on a diverted route. No stoppage at Eluru.
Train No. 22837 Hatia-Ernakulam AC Express departing from Hatia on October 9 will run on a diverted route. No stoppage at Eluru.
