Hyderabad: In an alleged case of road rage, three persons on a bike assaulted a TSRTC driver at Suraram of Cyberabad commissionerate in the city late on Monday. The youngsters tried to overtake the vehicle from the left and when they could not make it, they over took the vehicle, intercepted it and assaulted the driver.
It was found that the suspects who were in an inebriated condition, entered the bus and pounced on the driver. They dragged him out of his seat and rained blows on him, injuring him on his face and nose areas. He was rushed to a nearby private hospital for treatment.
Suraram police registered a case against the unidentified suspects and started an investigation.
