Elderly man and his specially-abled daughter end their lives in Moula Ali

Hyderabad: An elderly man and his specially-abled daughter ended their lives by suicide at Moula Ali on Wednesday.
The deceased have been identified as M. Mallesh, 81 and M. Uma Rani, 38. Their bodies were found at the Moula Ali railway station.
According to Secunderabad railway police, Mallesh was depressed for a few months after his wife’s death due to ill health. He was not able to look after his daughter and was concerned that no one would take care of her after his death.
He convinced his daughter and both ended their lives, police said.
Police registered a case and shifted the bodies to Gandhi Hospital mortuary for post-mortem.
