PM Modi to Make India a Developed Nation by 2047: Murugan

Visakhapatnam: Union minister of state for fisheries Dr. L. Murugan underlined that Prime Minister Narendra Modi aims to make India a developed country by 2047.
Addressing the Vikasit Bharat Sankalp Yatra organised at Cherukupalli village in Bhogapuram mandal on Saturday, he said India is already a leading country, which has achieved self-sufficiency in producing things that it needs.
Murugan said the Sankalp Yatra is being conducted to provide people a full understanding of various welfare schemes being implemented by the central government. While doing so, people are also being informed about the development that has taken place in the country in the past nine years, he stated.
Joint collector Mayur Ashok pointed out that the Vikasit Bharat Sankalp Yatra had started in AP on November 22 from Vizianagaram. He said the programme has so far been carried out in 475 of the total 775 villages.
