Sajjala says Central agency noticed role of Naidu, Lokesh in skill development scam

Vijayawada: YSR Congress general-secretary and state government adviser (political) Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy said the role of former chief minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and his son Lokesh in the skill development scam was noticed by the Central agency as it was for this reason the duo remained silent.

Speaking to the media here on Monday, the YSRC leader said that as the Central agency found evidence in the scam, it was going ahead with its probe and added that the scam involving such a huge amount would not be possible without the support of political bigwigs.

He turned critical on Naidu for trying to stall the projects coming up in the Rayalaseema region. He slammed Naidu for taking up construction of Polavaram irrigation project without having proper plan which resulted in further delay in completion of the project.

Reacting to the removal of outsourcing employees from the service, he said it was untrue and said that Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy turned very serious on the issue and opined that such information came out due to communication gap at lower level.
