ANANTAPUR: The erstwhile Vijayaganar empire is facing the terror of crocodiles as one of the reptile appeared in Tungabhdra riverbed spread, spread across Karnataka, AP and Telangana areas.
More than a 10-foot long crocodile entered into the paddy fields under Jurala project three days ago.
The local people alerted the irrigation and forest departments as crocodiles of different age groups began appearing on the TB riverbed.
