Hyderabad: Tina Dabi, who secured first rank in Civil Services-2015 exam, was urged to inspire Dalit students to excel in the country’s most prestigious exam. Dabi, 22, was felicitated by the All India Confederation of SC/ST and Swaroes unit of the Social Welfare Residential Educations Society.
