Hyderabad: Burglars targeted a passenger travelling in the Delhi-bound Duronto superfast express passing via Secunderabad and looted around 12 tola of gold jewellery and a hearing aid worth Rs 1.5 lakh.
The victims were identified as Bengaluru-based Brahmanda Shastri along with his wife Krishna Kumari in the D5 bogie. Ms Krishna Kumari who spotted the bag missing informed the TTE who said the thieves may have detrained at Guntakal.
