Rachakonda skill centre for women
Over 50 women will be trained in tailoring for two months and a certificate will be given by the DRDA, Ranga Reddy district

Hyderabad: Education minister P. Sabitha Indra Reddy has inaugurated a skill development centre for women at Pahadishareef, set up by the Rachakonda police in collaboration with Rachakonda Security Council and Ranga Reddy District Rural Development Agency(DRDA).
As part of the programme, 50 women will be trained in tailoring for two months and a certificate will be given by the DRDA, Ranga Reddy district. The programme ‘SHE ERA’ was conceived, after a survey in Pahadishareef and Balapur areas.
The survey found that a majority of the people in these areas are living below the poverty line, resulting in several social issues.
