CEE entrance list: Enter marks till June 8

CBSE/ CISCE students can submit data through CEE portal.

Thiruvananthapuram: The facility for submission of marks data to the students who have qualified from CBSE and CISCE will be available on the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) till 5 p.m. on June 8. The Engineering Rank list will be prepared by giving equal weightage to the scores obtained in the Engineering Entrance Examination and the grade/marks obtained for Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry in Plus Two or equivalent.

Candidates can enter the home page through ‘KEAM 2017-Candidate Portal’ on the website by giving their Application Number and Password. Then by clicking the Menu Item ‘Mark Submission’, the marks data can be submitted. The marks thus submitted by the candidate will be processed after effecting the standardization procedure as described in Clause 9.7.4 (b) of the Prospectus for KEAM 2017 for the preparation of Engineering Rank list. Applicants who do not submit the marks online will not be considered for the preparation of the Engineering rank list 2017.

The details of Second year marks available from the Boards concerned will be displayed while submitting the Board of Examination, Year of Passing and Register Number of the candidate on the web page. In such cases, marks entry need not be done again. The marks displayed on the web page must be verified with the original marksheets and must be confirmed by the candidate by clicking on ‘Finalise Mark Data’ button. Candidates should take the print-out of the ‘Mark Data Sheet’, through the link “Print Mark Data Sheet”.

The candidate should forward this printout of the Mark Data Sheet duly signed by the candidate along with the self attested copy of Plus Two marksheets by Speed Post or Registered Post or Hand Delivery to The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Fifth Floor, Housing Board Buildings, Santhi Nagar, Thiruvananthapuram-695001 to reach the Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations before 5 pm on June 9. However, in the case of candidates who have not studied Chemistry, the marks obtained in Computer Science will be considered. In the case of candidates who have not studied Chemistry and Computer Science, the marks obtained in Biotechnology will be considered. In the case of candidates who have not studied Chemistry, Computer Science and Biotechnology, the marks obtained in Biology shall be considered.
