Hyderabad: The Telangana Board of Secondary Education is likely to announce the results of Class 10 or Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examinations today.

The results will be available on the official website of the board.

More than 5 lakh students appeared for the SSC exam held from March 21 to April 9. About 5.13 lakh students had appeared for the exams conducted in 2015.

It was for the first time that SSC was conducted after the formation of the separate Telangana state. The results in neighbouring Andhra Pradesh will also announce the results on the same day.

Andhra Pradesh minister for human resources development, Ganta Srinivas Rao, will release the results in Vijayawada. Over 6 lakh students appeared for the exams in all 13 districts of the state this year.
