Hyderabad: The GHMC will hand over 2BHK houses in Dignity Housing Colony at ACS Nagar, Secunderabad, to be inaugurated by Deputy Speaker T. Padma Rao Goud on Thursday. Nearly one lakh houses are being constructed for the poor and underprivileged in 111 areas within Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation.
The 2BHK houses have roads, sewerage lines, drinking water connection, electricity and other basic amenities. The government has spent Rs 7.75 lakh on each apartment in ACS Nagar. It cost Rs 3.36 crore to build 48 houses in Secunderabad constituency. The houses will be inaugurated at 11 am.
