Visakhapatnam: Despite the looming cyclone, Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) has announced that they will be continuing their bus services in all areas for the time being.
APSRTC deputy divisional traffic control manager Gandi Satyanarayana told Deccan Chronicle that the corporation is closely monitoring the situation. He maintained that only if the cyclone escalates, there might be a necessity for cancelling bus services for safety reasons.
“Until the situation remains manageable, there will be no cancellations,” he stated.
