An 18-year-old college girl allegedly committed suicide by consuming cow dung powder (pest) on Thursday near Sulur in suburbs of Coimbatore.
Hyderabad: A 16-year-old student, Sathyajit Kar, hung himself to death under suspicious circumstances at his residence at Malapur Bhavani Nagar on Wednesday night under the Nacharam police station limits. The reason behind the boy taking the extreme step is still unknown. “Even his family is puzzled behind the sudden death of their son,” a police official said. Based on a complaint, police booked a case under Section 174 (suspicious death) of CrPC.
