HYDERABAD: D. Mahender, working in the production department at Hetero Pharma Unit III located in Jeedimetla IDA died immediately after accidentally falling in a raw material mixing container here on Wednesday. Police registered a case and shifted the body for postmortem. Prima facie no safety measures were in place at the place where the incident happened, the police found.
According to police, Mahender was vacuum-cleaning the container to prepare it for the next procedure. He slipped and fell into the container. On noticing this, other workers alerted the management. By the time he was pulled out, he was found dead, police said. Further investigation is under process, they said.
