Chennai: The Chennai Corporation has alerted all those who visited the Phoenix mall in Velacherry between March 10 and 17 and those employed there to watch out for symptoms of Covid-19.
Since three employees of Lifestyle store in the mall have tested positive for the coronavirus and have been under home quarantine, an alert was issued on Thursday to all those who visited the shop.
Visitors to the mall and employees has been ‘advised to stay cautious and seek immediate medical care’ by calling the numbers 044-25384520 or 044-46122300 if they develop any Covid-19 symptoms.
The authorities have already started personally calling up persons who had made purchases at Lifestyle between March 10 and 17 and enquiring about their health condition and advising them to contact them if they fall ill.
