Valedictory Function of the 105th Advance Navigation Course

Hyderabad: The valedictory function of the 105th Advance Navigation Course (ANC) and 137th ab initio navigation course was held at Navigation Training School (NTS), Air Force Station Begumpet on Saturday. Air Commodore Sanjay Aswal, Deputy Commandant, College of Air Warfare, was the reviewing officer.

The graduating course of the 105th ANC comprised officers from the IAF, the Indian Navy and the Indian Coast Guard who would taking up instructional assignments. The 137th ab initio navigation course comprised flight cadets of the IAF and an officer from the Sri Lankan Air Force.

Meritorious trainees were awarded with trophies, medals and certificates.

The NTS is an aerial navigation training institution of the Indian Air Force that imparts advanced navigation skills and instructional techniques to the select aviators of the Indian Air Force, the Indian Navy, the Indian Coast Guard, and the friendly foreign countries.

Flight Cadets, who have completed their training at NTS, will be commissioned as officers in the IAF during the Combined Graduation Parade scheduled at Air Force Academy, Dundigal, on December 17.
