Vijayawada: AP BJP president Kambhampati Haribabu or BJP MP Gokaraju Gangaraju could get a berth in Sunday’s reshufflle of the Union Cabinet. There are indications that Union minister for civil aviation P. Ashok Gajapathi Raju may be shifted to another ministry. According to AP BJP sources, Mr Gangaraju has an edge considering his long association with the Sangh Parivar, and his proximity to BJP president Amit Shah.
The caste equation favours Mr Haribabu. The TD headquarters is hoping that Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu's trusted loyalist, Rajya Sabha member C.M. Ramesh may get a berth as minister of state in the proposed reshuffle.
